CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVE WATER TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH T-MOBILE
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has a current lease agreement with the City of Mounds View
for water tower space and antenna connections; and
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement has an expiration date of December 31, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC and the City of Mounds View desire to continue with this
agreement; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has agreed to have their equipment shelter removed from
the base of the water tower and relocated to an area to be mutually agreed upon by June 30, 2017;
and,
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has agreed to lease payments of $28,000 annually with a
4% inflation factor beginning 2016; and,
WHEREAS, the lease begins January 1, 2016 and extends for 5 years, ending on December
31, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, the lease can be extended five years up to three times upon mutual agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View,
Ramsey County, Minnesota that the proposed lease between the City of Mounds View and T-Mobile
Central, LLC is approved.
