CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MfNNESOTA
APPOINTING GERALD AREL TO THE PARKS AND RECREATfON AND
FORESTRY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks and Recreation and Forestry
Commission consists of members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of
the majority of the City Council; and,
and
seat; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacant seat on the Commission;
WHEREAS, the City has received one application for said vacant
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission
has made a motion recommending Gerald Arel's appointment to the Parks and
Recreation and Forestry Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
• City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby approve the
appointment of Gerald Arel, a Mounds View resident, to serve on the Parks and
Recreation and Forestry Commission for a term set to expire on December 31,
2008.
