CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSULTING FIRM SHORT ELLIOT
HENDRICKSON (SEH) TO PREPARE WETLAND ZONING MAPS BASED UPON THE
WETLAND INVENTORY CONDUCTED IN 2005
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council desires to update its old and out dated
wetland zoning maps; and,
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council authorized SEH to prepare a
comprehensive wetland inventory in 2004 with said work having been completed in 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the next step in the process to update the City's official wetland zoning
maps is to take the wetland inventory and prepare and create new maps for subsequent City
Council authorization; and,
WHEREAS, SEH has submitted an estimate to prepare said maps at a cost of
• $2,449.44 not to exceed $2,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE tT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View authorizes Short Elliot Hendrickson (SEH) to conduct the requested wetland inventory
map preparation according to the outlined specifications dated June 28, 2006 and further
directs said expenditure to be paid from the Stormwater Management Account 245-4415-
3030.
Adopted this 10th day of July 2006.
