CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ARPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE REPAlR OF LEAKING
CATCH BASINS
WHEREAS, the City annually budgets and received bids for repair of
Storm Sewer issues throughout the City; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department solicited quotes from two
companies; and
WHEREAS, a total of one (1) Quote has been received; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder was Infrastructure Technologies Inc. in the
estimated amount of $5,815; and
• WHEREAS, the 2006 adopted budget has $50,000.00 in funds allocated
for the repair of Storm Sewer issued throughout the City (account 245-4415-
_ 5150).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a contract award with Infrastructure Technologies
Inc. in the estimated amount of $5,815.00 for the repair of broken catch basins
located throughout the City to be funded from the Surface Water, System
Maintenance Account (245-4415-5150). '
