COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARY SPRINGER TO THE POSITION
OF MOUNDS VIEW RECEPTIONIST

WHEREAS, upon direction from the Mounds View City Council, the Mounds View
Receptionist position was advertised; and,
WHEREAS, a little over 90 applications were received for the position and seven
applicants were chosen for interview; and,
WHEREAS, Mary Springer skills and experience were determined to most closely
match the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the receptionist job description; and,
WHEREAS, Mary Springer has consented to a drivers license and criminal
background check which will be performed as a condition of employment; and,
WHEREAS, Mary Springer will begin employment on or after September 18, 2006 at
Step 1 of the hourly wage scale as adopted herein below:

$12.57 $13.35 $14.14 $14.92 $15.71
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
appoints Mary Springer to the position of Mounds View Receptionist with employment to
commence on or after September 18, 2006, subject to satisfactory background checks.
Adopted this 11th day of September, 2006.
