STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID SCHULTE TO THE POSITION
OF MOUNDS VIEW PART TIME CABLE TV ASSISTANT
WHEREAS, upon direction from the Mounds View City Council, the Mounds View Cable TV
Assistant position was advertised; and,
WHEREAS, this position is a part time, non-exempt, nonunion position; and
WHEREAS, this part time position shall not exceed 20 hours per week; and
WHEREAS, applications were received for the position and two applicants were chosen for
interview; and,
WHEREAS, David Schulte's skills and experience were determined to most closely match
the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the job description; and,
WHEREAS, David Schulte has consented to a drivers license and criminal background
check which will be performed as a condition of employment; and,
WHEREAS, David Schulte will begin employment on or after October 1, 2006 at Step 3 of
• the hourly wage scale as adopted herein below:
Ste 1 Ste. 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 ~
$12.00 $12.75 $13.51 $14.25 $15.00
and;
WHEREAS, David Schulte will progress to Step 4 in 12 months from hire date and to Step 5
24 months from hire date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council appoints David
Schulte to the position of Mounds View Part Time Cable TV Assistant with employment to
commence on or after October 1, 2006, subject to satisfactory background checks.
