CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENTS
WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who was employed
by the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, her supervisor reviewed her performance as it relates to the
responsibilities outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, ,hey supervisor determined that the following employee below has
satisfactorily performed in the capacity of her position documented in her performance
review on file, and
WHEREAS, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View
Personnel Manual and. Labor Agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below.
