AUTHORIZING FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FOR IN-THE-
. WORD-CHURCH
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City had negotiated in good faith an interim agreement for the
lease of space at the Mounds View Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the lessee did not sign the interim agreement; and
WHEREAS, the lessee has made full payment of all other outstanding
amounts; and
WHEREAS, the City could not enforce the unsigned agreement, staff
recommends that the balance of receivables listed be written-off.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that the accounts receivable listed below shall be written-off as of November
27, 2006: In-the-Word-Church, $1,500, Community Center Fund 252..
