Closing Fund 499, MSA Capital Projects Fund
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain accounting records that follow Generally Accepted
Accouirting Principals (GAAP); and
WHEREAS, GAAP overarching principals state that no more fiends then necessary should be used
to record accounting activity; and
WHEREAS, fluid 499, MSA Capital Projects Fund is no longer necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the proposed change and wishes to close fund 499.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that
fund 499, MSA Capital Projects Fund be closed and the following 2006 budget adjustments are
approved to facilitate the closure.
Increase Transfer out 499-4470-9900
Increase Transfer in 285-972
Adopted this I 1 ~~' day of December 2006.
