CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR KIMBERLY BLACKFORD
WHEREAS, Kimberly Blackford has resigned from the Mounds View Administration
Department effective November 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 13.91 hours as of
December 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Kimberly Blackford current rate of pay of $19.46 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approve a
one-time payout of accrued and unused vacation not to exceed $270.69 to Kimberly Blackford
effective December 1, 2006.
