CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING TODD LANG, KEITH CRAMBLIT, MARY KAY
WALSH-KACZMAREK, AND SHERRY GUNN
TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of Planning Commissioners Herb Zwirn, Michael Hegland
and Mari Scotch expired December 31, 2006; and
WHEREAS, due to AI Hull's election to the City Council, an additional seat must
be filled for the remainder of his term (1 year); and
WHEREAS, staff advertised for the vacancies and announcements were made at
City Council Meetings; and
WHEREAS, seven applications were received for the four positions; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation from the Planning Commission would be for
Todd Lang, Keith Cramblit, Mari Scotch, and Sherry Gunn to serve on the Planning
• Commission in 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Council will need to appoint three year terms on three seats; and
WHEREAS, the Council will need to appoint aone-year term on one seat to fill
the remainder of AI Hull's Planning Commission seat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council do
hereby approve Todd Lang (3 year term), Keith Cramblit (3 year term), Mary Kay Walsh-
Kacsmarek (3 year- term), and Sherry Gunn (1 year term) for appointment to the
Planning Commission.
