STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR TIM PITTMAN
WHEREAS, Tim Pittman has resigned from the Mounds View Public Works Department
effective December 15, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 205.0 hours as of
December 27, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused sick leave time is 960.0 hours effective
December 27, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Tim Pittman's current rate of pay of $28.66 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the maximum payout of vacation time will be 205.0 hours x $28.66 =
$5,875.30; and
WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of sick time will be 960.0 hours x 50% x
$28.66 = $13, 756.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approve a
• one-time payout of vacation time in an amount not to exceed $5,875.30 and payout of sick time
not to exceed $13,756.80.
