CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MR. DAVID SCHULTE AND AUTHORIZING THE
RE-HIRE OF THE POSITION OF PART-TIME MOUNDS VIEW CABLE TV ASSISTANT
WHEREAS, one of the incumbent part-time Mounds View Cable TV Assistants, Mr.
David Schulte, has submitted his resignation effective January 19, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the City finds it advantageous to refill the position in a timely fashion,
and
WHEREAS, this position is a part time, non-exempt, nonunion position; and
WHEREAS, this part time position shall not exceed 20 hours per week; and

WHEREAS, applications will be solicited and a recommendation for hire brought
back to the City Council for approval based upon the following wage schedule below:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby
accepts the resignation of Mr. David Schulte and authorizes staff to proceed with the re-
hire of the position of Part-time Mounds View Cable TV Assistant as outlined above.
Adopted this 8th day of January 2007.
