CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY'S 2006 PAY EQUITY REPORT
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pay Equity Act require cities to prepare a pay
equity report every three years; and
WHEREAS, Laumeyer & Associates assisted and trained staff in the
preparation of its pay equity repot for December 31, 2006; and
WHEREAS, with the necessary pay equity adjustments made effective
December 31, 2006, it appears that the City has met the requirements under the
Pay Equity Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City
Council accepts the Pay Equity Report and directs staff to submit it to the
Minnesota Department of Employee Relations.
Adopted this 22"d day of January, 2007.
