STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPLACEMENT OF AN INVESTIGATOR
POLICE CAR
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department planned and budgeted
for replacement of one Investigator car in 2007, and;
WHEREAS, the replacement cost of one investigator car to replace the
current 1997 Dodge Intrepid Investigator car was budgeted for 2007 at an
estimated cost of $19,000, plus equipment and set up, and;
WHEREAS, Car Truck City was awarded the state bid for the 2007
Chevrolet Impala (non-police package) at a cost of $17,140 (including tax and
license.)
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City
of Mounds View authorizes the purchase of one 2007 Chevrolet Impala under the
state bid at a cost of $17,140.45, including tax, registration, and license fees.
Adopted this 12th day of February 2007.
