CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A RESTAURANT AND BOWLING LICENSE TRANSFER FOR
MERMAID LANES LOCATED AT 2200 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has
applied fora Restaurant and Bowling License in order to transfer ownership from the
current owner; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has
submitted the proper paperwork and fees, and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Restaurant and Bowling License for Mermaid Lanes
located at 2200 County Highway 10 in Mounds View .
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from April 1, 2007-June 30, 2008.
