STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving a Restaurant License
for
Little Caesar's Pizza
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
WHEREAS, Casey Price (Little Caesar' Pizza) has applied for a
Restaurant License; and
WHEREAS, Casey Price (Little Caesar' Pizza) has submitted the proper
paperwork and fees, and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Little Caesar's Pizza located at
2581 County Highway 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from March 13, 2007-June 30, 2008.
