WHEREAS, the subject properties are: described as Follows:

1~JHEREAS, the subject pragertiCS form a contiguous Erect of land at the northeast corner
of Highway 10 and County Read I, at the fringe of art established residential neighborhood; and
• WHEREAS, the proposal would remove flour existing single-fatmily homes from Ehe City's
housing stock; and
WHEREaS, the rezoning request would not be consistent with the coatprehensive plan,
which designates the properties as low and high density residential.
NOW THEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED, that the Moutuls View :City Council denies
Ordinance 614, an ordinance approving thz rezoning of properties located at 2525 Highway 10
and ?715-61 Eastwood Road to $-2, Limited Business District
adopted this I lth day of May, 1998.
