CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 6618 Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year July 2005 through
June 2006
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to
cover the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 and received proposed policies
from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the
period of July 2005 through June 2006 and to make payment of premiums as they become
due:
Comprehensive Municipal Coverage $150,671
Open Meeting Law $1,366
Liquor Liability Coverage $2,940
Worker's Compensation 75 699
Total $230,676
Adopted this 12"' Day of September 2005.
