CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR ABC LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2840 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, ABC Liquor' Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2016; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Off-Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory
report from the Mounds View Police Department, a satisfactory criminal background check,
and a satisfactory fire inspection report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of
July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View
Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check, and a satisfactory .
