CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30, 2016; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor
License for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report
from the Mounds View Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check and
satisfactory fire inspection report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July
1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police
Department, satisfactory criminal background check and satisfactory fire inspection report.
Adopted this 9th day of May, 2016.
