STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON INTERIM
CABLE COORDINATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Cable TV Technician for the City of Mounds View had resigned
on August 15, 2005; and
WHEREAS, staff has requested authorization to continue to fill the position on a
temporary basis until a Cable TV Technician is hired; and
WHEREAS, the City will be utilizing the services of New Brighton Cable
Technician, David Dean.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with the City of New Brighton for cable
coordination services not to exceed twenty hours per week without Council approval until a
cable coordinator is hired and at a wage not to exceed $13.34 per hour.
