RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO FRANK SILVIS FOR HIS 25 YEARS
OF SERVICE WITH THE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Frank Silvis was appointed to the Park and Recreation
Commission in 1981; and
WHEREAS, Frank Silvis has served on the Park and Recreation
Commission with dedication and a high level of enthusiasm; and,
WHEREAS, Frank Silvis has gained the respect and gratitude of his fellow
Park and Recreation Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the City of Mounds View,
expresses its appreciation to Frank Silvis for his dedication and devoted service
on the Mounds View Park and Recreation Commission.
Adopted this 27th day of February, 2006.
