CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE .MOUNDS VIEW MATTERS NEWSLETTER AND
ADVERTISING POLICY
WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to develop a policy for the
Mounds View Newsletter outlining .the guidelines specified by the Minnesota State
Auditor's report; and
WHEREAS, the accompanying Mounds View Newsletter policy is
designed. to ensure state compliance with city newsletter publication;
WHEREAS, Staff combined. these guidelines to the Mounds View
advertising policy, which was adopted by the City Council per Resolution 6140; and
WHEREAS, the accompanying. policy is designed to provide a
procedure for newsletter publication and newsletter advertising in the City
newsletter.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cit of Mounds View
Y
adopts the attached policy for newsletter publication and advertising in the Mounds
View Matters City newsletter.
