CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE HIDDEN HOLLOW STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Redstone Construction Company, Incorporated has
requested the City's acceptance and final payment for the Hidden Hollow Street
and Utility Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $379,011.28, the final
contract cost is $365,508.69, and the final payment amount is $52,549.86.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
• 1. Accepts the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility Improvement Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $52,549.86 to Redstone
Construction Company, Incorporated.
3. Authorizes the Public Works Director to execute said final payment
request document.
