CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR THE 2006 TREE REMOVAL
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, annually bids are received to perform tree removal as needed
throughout the City; and
WHEREAS, this service was budgeted for in 2006; and
WHEREAS, for 2006, 4 Seasons Tree Care, All Tree Service, and Miller
Tree Service have agreed to extend the 2005 contract to 2006 and retain the
same unit prices; and
WHEREAS, these contractors have performed well in 2005 and assisted
the City of Mounds View with the September 2005 storm damage clean-up
activities; and
• WHEREAS, it is recommended by the City Forester to extend the 2005
contract to December 31, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve extending the 2005 tree removal contract to December 31,
2006.
Adopted this 13th day of February 2006.
