CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE COUNTY ROAD J IMPROVEMENT
PLANS
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has ordered plans and specification for the
County Road J Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, SEH, the consultant for Ramsey County has completed the
plans for the County Road J Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, this is a collaborative effort involving the State, Ramsey
County, Anoka County, the City of Blaine, the City of Shoreview, and the City of
Mounds View, it is required that the engineer representing these government
entities sign the plans.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council
does hereby authorize the Public Works Director to execute for the plans for the
• County Road J Improvement Project.
