RESOLUTION NO. 6752
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AN AMENDED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT AND
ASSIGNING AN ALTERNATE TO THE I-35 BOARD
WHEREAS, the 135W Board of directors recently adopted revisions to the
135W Coalition Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), and
WHEREAS, said revisions require the City to adopt an amended version,
and
WHEREAS, the amended JPA also provides that an alternate elected
official shall be appointed by the City to serve as an alternate voting member of
the organization, and
WHEREAS, the amended JPA was discussed and acted upon at the
November 135W Board meeting and forwarded to member cities and counties
with a recommendation for adoption.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
- An amended 135W Coalition Joint Powers Agreement (Exhibit A) is hereby adopted
- Council member ~RB~~s hereby appointed to serve as Alternate Director
to the 135W Coalition.
