WHEREAS, the City adopted budgets for various funds for 2005 that included inter-fund
transfers for various purposes; and
APPROVING TRANSFERS BETWEEN FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2005
WHEREAS, it is possible to reduce transfers from several other funds to the General
Fund due to positive 2005 financial results in the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority sold land held for development and
received reimbursement for administrative expenditures related to the Medtronic development
that covered multiple years thus eliminating the need for a transfer.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
that the following transfers for the calendar year 2005 are hereby approved in the amounts listed
in the Actual column:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2005 budget for the Special Projects Fund be
amended to increase Transfers to the Community Center Fund $15,000.
