MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION 7057 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR AN 11,000 SQUARE <br />FOOT BUILDING FOR CENTRAL SANDBLASTING; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE DE2007-002 <br />WHEREAS, Central Sandblasting, currently located at 2299 County Road H, plans <br />to construct an 11,000 square foot building an their property; and, <br />WHEREAS, the lot in question is zoned I-1, Industrial; and, <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as: <br />Mounds View Business Park Herbst Enterprises subject to easements, Lot 3, <br />Block 1, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant's request fvr a development <br />review and has determined that it is in conformance with all codes, regulations and <br />requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission supported the request by adopting Resolution <br />865-07 on April 18, 2007, which recommends approval of the expansion plan: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the development review of 2299 County Road H, Central Sandblasting, subject to <br />the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall install sod and landscape all disturbed areas and replace <br />trees at a 1:1 ratio no later than 60 days beyond issuance of the Certificate of <br />Occupancy, weather permitting. <br />2. The applicant shall submit an acceptable grading and drainage plan to the <br />City prior to building permits being issued. <br />3. The applicant shall obtain a permit from Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />
