STATE OF MINNESOTA
REVISING THE 2016 FEE SCHEDULE RELATING TO
BREWERIES AND MICRODISTILLERIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance 925 was passed by the City Council on August 22, 2016,
allowing breweries and microdistilleries in the City; and
WHEREAS, the next step in the process is to add fees related to breweries and
microdistilleries to the 2016 Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, Staff reviewed the City's current liquor fees and recommend adding fees
related to breweries and microdistilleries be consistent with the other liquor license fees..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View does hereby approve revisions the 2016 Fee Schedule relating to breweries and
microdistilleries, which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A.
Adopted this 26th day of September, 2016.
