STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR AB LIQUOR, LLC, (DOING BUSINESS AS ABC LIQUOR)
LOCATED AT 2840 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2017; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Off-Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, contingent on a satisfactory
criminal background check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of
July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check.
Adopted this 12th day of June, 2017.
