Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
for Moe's Located at 2400 County Road 10
WHEREAS, Moe's has submitted all required City and State Liquor license
application materials; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials and fees; and
WHEREAS, the approval of this On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe's is
contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check, proof of record of full payment of
City utility bill, and proof of record of full payment to the Minnesota Department of Revenue
for delinquent liquor sales taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe's contingent on a
satisfactory criminal background check, proof of record of full payment of City utility bill,
and proof of record of full payment to the Minnesota Department of Revenue for delinquent
liquor sales taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on
June 30, 2018.
