CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
MERWIN LIQUORS LOCATED AT 2577 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors is requesting City Council approval for a
Cigarette/Tobacco License located at the former Big Top Liquors (2577 Mounds View
Boulevard); and
WHEREAS, Mervin Liquors have submitted the appropriate application materials
and fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from October 25, 2016 - June 30,
2017; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License to Merwin Liquors located at 2577
Mounds View Boulevard from October 25, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
Adopted this 24th day of October, 2016.
