STATE OF MINNESOTA
Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2017 through December 2017
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to cover
the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 and has received proposed policies
from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust. (LMCIT)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View
authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the period of
January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 and to make payment of premiums as they become
due:
Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) $ 86,936
Worker's Compensation (LCMIT) 115,816
Total $202,752
Adopted this 26th Day of June 2017.
