APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
NILKANTH TOBACCO & GROCERY, LLC, TO BE
LOCATED AT 2408 COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, Nilkanth Tobacco & Grocery, LLC, (doing business as SNAP
Market) is requesting City Council approval for a Cigarette/Tobacco License at 2408
County Road I; and
WHEREAS, the owners of Nilkanth Tobacco & Grocery, LLC, have completed all
application materials and have paid the application fee for this license; and
WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from August 15, 2017 through June
30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, all Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve the issuance of a Cigarette/Tobacco License to Nilkanth Tobacco
& Grocery, LLC, (doing business as SNAP Market) located at 2408 County Road I, from
August 15, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
Adopted this 14th day of August, 2017.
