COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
DESAREE CRANE, ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, Desaree Crane has resigned as Assistant City Administrator for the City
of Mounds View; her last day of employment was August 11, 2017; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms. Crane is
eligible for a cash payout of his vacation hours and is eligible to receive 50% of his sick
leave hours deposited into his RHSP; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Crane's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 75.62 hours;
and her sick leave balance is 431.1 hours; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Crane's rate of pay upon resignation was $39.24 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Desaree Crane consistent with the Mounds View Personnel Manual
as follows:
Hours Hourly rate Payout
Vacation Hours 75.62 $39.24 $2,967.33 Cash Payout
50% of Sick Leave 215.55 $39.24 $8,458.18 into RHSP
Total Severance: $11,425.51
Adopted this 14th day of August, 2017.
