AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "APPENDIX E" OF THE MOUNDS VIEW
MUNICIPAL CODE, "MINIMUM PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FEES"
The City of Mounds View ordains:
SECTION 1. "Appendix E"of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Minimum Planning
and Development Fees" is hereby amended by showing the old fees struck out-and the new
fees underlined:
Refer to the attached "Appendix E"
SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the
following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance:
On December 12, 2016, the City Council adopted Ordinance 928 which amended
Appendix E of the Mounds View Municipal Code regarding the Minimum Planning and
Development Fees. A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during
regular business hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's
web site located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its
publication in the official City newspaper.
INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING by the Mounds View City Council on the 28th day
of November, 2016.
SECOND READING, PUBLIC HEARING and ADOPTION by the Mounds View City
Council on the 12th day of December, 2016.

* Qualifying applicants denied an administrative variance may apply for formal variance
approval with an additional $125 payment rather than paying the full$200 variance fee.
** The fee to amend an approved Conditional Use Permit or Interim Use Permit is the same
fee as the CUP or IUP.
