1. MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mueller
ALSO PRESENT: Administrator Ericson.
3. COUNCIL BUSINESS
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.03, to consider strategies for labor negotiations,
including negotiation strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor negotiations
proposals, conducted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 179A.01 - 179A.025.
Upon announcement of the meeting purpose, the open meeting was closed to begin labor
negotiations.
The City Council members and the City Administrator reviewed provisions within the labor
agreements of the three bargaining groups and Council provided direction to the administrator.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 9:24 p.m.
