AN ORDINANCE
CONTINUING A FRANCHISE
FEE ON XCEL ENERGY
ELECTRIC AND NATURAL
GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
On August 28, 2017, the
Mounds View City Council adopt-
ed an ordinance which continues
a 4°h franchise fee on Xcel Energy
electric and natural gas operations
within the City of Mounds View for
the year 2018. This ordinance will
sunset on December 31, 2018.
A copy of Ordinance 935 is on
file and available for public viewing
at tha;office of the City Administra-
tor. The ordinance is also posted
in its entirety on the City's website,
located at www.ci.mounds-view.
mn.us.
