RESOLUTION NO. 95-EDC4
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING 1995 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS
WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The Economic
Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws on an
annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a
detailed review of the Bylaws.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoptions of the Bylaws dated
January 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development Authority prior
to approval of the minutes.
Adopted this 26th day of January, 1995.
