RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC17
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ESTABLISHING CALENDAR OF MEETING DATES FOR 1997
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission will
be holding one business meeting per month throughout 1997 with the exception of Special
Meetings; and
WHEREAS, a display of meeting dates be established to provide an orderly
system for use by the Economic Development Commission, staff and general public;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Mounds View establishes the following meeting dates of regular
business at 7:30 a.m.:
January 23, 1997
July 24, 1997
February 20, 1997
August 28, 1997
March 27, 1997
September 25, 1997
April 24, 1997
October 23, 1997
May 22, 1997
November 20, 1997
June 26, 1997
December 18, 1997
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that materials from the public, that are to
be reviewed by the Commission, shall be submitted to the assigned City staff ten days prior to the
upcoming Commission meeting.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that if the Economic Development
Commission is required to or desires to hold special meetings or make adjustments to the 1997
calendar of meetings, they will do so in accordance with State law, Code requirements and the
Bylaws.
