RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC19
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING 1998 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS
WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The
Economic Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws
on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted
a detailed review of the Bylaws.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic
Development Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoption of the
attached Bylaws with the following amendment:
Section VI Meetings shall adjourn on or before 90 minutes after call to order
unless a two-thirds majority of the members present agree to extend the time
of adjournment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development
Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development
Authority prior to approval of the minutes.
