RESOLUTION NO. 16-EDC-40
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PUBLIC FINANCING POLICY & APPLICAITON
WHEREAS; Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116J.993 through 116J.995 (the “Statutes”) require
the adoption of criteria for the adoption of business subsidies as defined in the Statutes; and,
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has determined that it is necessary and
appropriate to recommend business subsidy criteria to the Economic Development Authority and
City Council pursuant to the Statutes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of the
City of Mounds View hereby recommends the adoption of the business subsidy criteria
contained in Exhibit A of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission directs staff to
forward this Resolution to the Economic Development Authority and City Council.
Adopted this 24th day of February, 2000.
