CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS
WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, 'The Economic
Development Commission", specifies that the Commission adopt bylaws for its
governance and for the transactions of its business; and
WHEREAS, the Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code also specifies that the
Bylaws be reviewed on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a
detailed review of the Bylaws.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoptions of the Bylaws dated
August 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development Authority prior
to approval of the minutes.
