RESOLUTION NO. EDC94-2
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ESTABLISHING CALENDAR OF MEETING DATES FOR 1994
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission will be
holding one business meeting per month throughout the duration of 1994 with the
exception of Special Meetings; and
WHEREAS, a display of meeting dates be established to provide an
orderly system for use by the Economic Development Commission, staff and general
public;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Mounds View establishes the following meeting dates for
regular business meetings:
August 25, 1994
6:00 p.m.
September 22, 1994
6:00 p.m.
October 27, 1994
6:00 p.m.
November 17, 1994
6:00 p.m.
December 15, 1994
6:00 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that materials from the public, that are to be
reviewed by the Commission, shall be submitted to the assigned City staff ten days
prior to the upcoming Commission meeting.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that if the Economic Development Commission
is required to or desires to hold special meetings or make adjustments to the 1994
calendar of meetings, they will do so in accordance with State law, Code
requirements and the Bylaws.
