COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
MICHAEL RICHIE, PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT COORDINATOR
WHEREAS, Michael Richie has resigned as Project Coordinator for the City of
Mounds View, his last day of employment is January 16, 2018; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Richie is
eligible for a cash payout of his vacation hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richie had less than two years of service and is not eligible for
sick time payout; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Richie's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 60.08 hours;
WHEREAS, Mr. Richie's rate of pay upon resignation was $27.06 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Michael Richie consistent with the Mounds View Personnel
Manual as follows:
