PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Mounds View City Council will
hold a public hearing on Monday,
January 22, 2018 at 6:30 PM at
the Mounds View City Hell, 2401
Mounds View Blvd, Mounds View,
MN 55112 to consider Ordinance
940, amending City Code, Title 900
(Public Ways and Property); and,
Title 1100 (Zoning Code) regarding
regulating Wireless Telecommuni-
cation Facilities. The amendments
allow Small Wireless Facilities to be
located within the public right-of-
way under certain conditions.
Anyone wanting to speak about
this matter may be heard at this
meeting. If you are unable to attend
the meeting but want to comment,
you may call, submit a letter, or
send an small to Jon Sevald. City
staff will forward the comments to
the City Council.
Information and copies of the
proposed ordinance amendment
are available for review at City
Hall. If you have any questions
