CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE NEW JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE PARKS
MAINTENANCE/FORESTER POSITION
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a vacancy in the Public Works Parks
Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council discussed staffing/reorganization of the Public Works
Department at their October 3, 2017 work session; and
WHEREAS, the City Council discussed at their October 3, 2017 Work Session
having Forestry duties included with the Parks Maintenance position description; and,
WHEREAS, this is one of the action items to continue the reorganization process
by providing a more updated job description thereby providing more service to the
residents of Mounds View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves the updated Public Works Parks Maintenance/Forestry Job Description and
authorizes the posting of the position.
