COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING ANIMAL IMPOUND SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
OTTER LAKE ANIMAL CARE CENTER
WHEREAS, The Mounds View Police Department has had an animal impound service
agreement cancelled; and
WHEREAS, A need exists to contract with a local animal hospital for impound services;
and
WHEREAS, Otter Lake Animal Care Center has agreed to take on this responsibility and
contract with the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council approves
resolution 8933 authorizing the Impound Services Agreement with Otter Lake Animal Care
Center dated March 26, 2018 and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign.
Adopted this 26th day of March, 2018.
